Strains are commonly seen in athletes but can happen to anyone. It is important for us to strengthen he muscle once it is healed. We believe that he muscle tissue needs fed oxygenated blood flow and needs to be re-educated on firing through proprioceptive exercises. Proprioception is the ability of your muscles, ligaments, and tendons to know where your joint is in space and helps improve body awareness.

Please have your ID, insurance card, and any other co-insurance information with you at the time of your initial appointment.
