Whatever your injury may be we find ways to get you back to your functional goals. Every patient that walks through our doors is asked what their goal is for physical therapy. We customize those treatment plans to meet those goals and are dedicated to making these goals happen.
Form & Technique Is Crucial
Physical Therapy rehab at Elite Physical Therapy and Wellness is 1 to 1 care where eyes are on the patient at all times. Form and technqiue of exercise is crucial and we want eyes on that. We offer PT services to people of all ages and treat mostly all orthopedic conditions.

Please call today to inquire if your insurance is in-network with us. As a courtesy, our front desk staff will call to verify your insurance benefits for physical therapy treatment for you. Please have your ID, insurance card, and any other co-insurance information with you at the time of your initial appointment. We offer self pay rates as well for those patients not having/wanting to use insurance.
