Athletic Performance & Injury Prevention
This is 1 to 1 sixty (60) minute session of therapist to client interaction that includes a full thorough examination of current deficits in strength or mobility that may lead to increased risk of injury according to the client’s sport duties and uses. This includes education on the exercises and warmups necessary for injury prevention, as well as 1 to 1 training in clinic. We will customize each session based on each individual in the sport they play, as well as addressing the needs of what the examination of each client reveals. We also offer these training programs on specified Fridays and Saturdays for local teams in our area. Call to inquire about team sessions!!
